A retreat filled with tranquility, where the fresh air and alpacas create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Every morning started with delightful, creative breakfasts that featured local fish, making each day special. The staff were genuinely warm and eager to assist, enhancing our comfort throughout our stay. However, the check-in process felt rushed, which could use improvement, and there were some noise distractions during our nights. Overall, an enchanting escape with friendly vibes, I would return for the experience alone.

I’ve seen better – but worse too
Surrounded by stunning nature, the well-appointed Inn boasted cozy common areas and incredible staff that made every moment special! ! The highlight was mingling at the enchanting family-style dinner—one of a kind!
Despite the charm, some facilities fell short, as the noise from nearby rooms disrupted our peace, and the check-in process felt a bit hasty, leaving us confused initially.

Hill Farm Inn felt like a dream escape. The scenic views of the countryside were breathtaking. Our room in the 1790 House was beautifully decorated and offered a great size. We truly enjoyed the cozy common areas, especially the library and game room. Breakfast was fantastic, with delicious options like Quiche Lorraine and blueberry pancakes that stood out. Evening dining was enjoyable, but the noise level was an issue with large parties in the restaurant. Staff were warm, but check-in could have been smoother. The only downside was the loud A/C which disturbed our sleep. Despite this, the charm of the inn and the delightful alpacas nearby made our stay special.

missingWrote a review on 22 Septpicturesque locationrenovated interiorsnoise disturbance
The picturesque location combined with impeccably renovated interiors creates a charming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The fully stocked bar, including draft beers available 24/7, adds a nice touch for casual relaxation.
Unfortunately, noise levels can be disruptive, particularly due to the absence of proper sound insulation in certain rooms, like those in the 1790 House. Being woken up early by loud voices and foot traffic can really put a damper on the experience, especially when you're hoping for a quiet getaway. Additionally, while the dining options are delightful, the absence of a menu prior to ordering leads to surprises with the bill. The acoustics in the dining area can hinder intimate conversation as well.

We had a fantastic time exploring the area, especially loved the woodsy atmosphere and feeding the alpacas. The cozy suite came with amenities like bathrobes, making us feel at home. Plus, we enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit and soaking in the hot tub.
My kids wished there were more organized activities for them.
